How To Apply Lip Liner
If you want to make your lips look fuller, you should consider using a lip liner. Like the name says, you have to apply this makeup product directly on the lip line and you should never fall underneath it, unless you have really thin lips and you make sure to keep the look natural.
The lip liner is often an alternative to lipstick. After you’re done with the line itself, you should use the same color to fill in the lips. This will keep them protected from the environment and they will also look great overall. If you want to look perfect after you’re done with your makeup, you need to have a steady hand and you should only make small moves while you are working the lip line. If you make a mistake, you can correct it with the tip of your finger or with a small foundation brush. Those who have a quality lip liner can experiment with the shape of their lips, but you shouldn’t go too far because you might end up with a very unrealistic look, especially if you don’t usually apply lip liner.
The color you choose for your lip liner is mostly your decision. You can use something similar with your natural color if you want to get fuller lips without being too obvious or you can use the same color you would use on a lipstick.
