How To Apply Mascara

There are three types of mascara which people can use: liquid, cream and cake. All of these forms of mascara usually have the role of making the eyelashes look longer and fuller. However, it can also make the eye stand out, which really changes the entire appearance of the person who is using it. Applying mascara is not that difficult, but many people are doing it wrong.

The most important part of applying mascara is the starting point. You have to go right to the base of the lashes and you need to use a wiggling movement if you want to get it right. If your tools are not perfect, you might have to use your fingers and remove the excess or place the lashes in the right pattern. You shouldn’t use a picking movement; just tap the interior of the lashes with the tip of your finger.

The correct method of applying mascara is by closing the eye you are working on and raising the eyelid with your free hand. This way, you won’t get tired and you won’t have to worry about blinking. If you feel the need to rest your eye, you should stop for a few seconds. Don’t try to rush the process because your eyelid will start shaking and you will only make matters worse.
